Service Animal Policy

Service animals are those that assist people with disabilities. Service animals include dogs and miniature horses only. Emotional support animals along with all other animals except service animals are prohibited from being on the business premises. All service animals are to be in the control of the owner and housebroken, and they must be safely secured with a leash or tether (unless it prohibits the animal from doing its work).

Determination as to whether our facilities can accommodate miniature horses depends upon the size and type of horse and will be made at the time of the visit as permitted by ADA regulations. Patient safety is our highest priority and will be maintained at all times. Just as damage caused by customers will incur a charge, so will damage caused by service animals in accordance with the law.  Also, all families intending to bring service animals to the office must declare this at the time of the appoint scheduling and not surprise the office team upon arrival.
